Good to see the club (Russ/Jimmy) are establishing a good relationship with Man Utd. Fingers crossed it yields something going forward.

Re: 2021/22 Friendlies
I remember popping to Anfield during my uni days to watch their 23s game against their Liverpool counterparts. Missing an open goal was a certain James Wilson, who less than a week later made his Premier League debut against Hull City, scoring twice

I'll be there - but think some of this friendly pricing is taking the mick. Once again, a good hook to get people involved let down by charging silly money.
The best team we ever had- since i've been watching the Harriers (2002-)

Re: 2021/22 Friendlies
Likely the game will attract a good number of armchair / casuals / kiddy based Man Utd fans, even with it being U23s, so a chance to generate some revenue I guess.
Does seem a tad steep, but I’ll be there with my lads as we’re up to see my parents (who are local) the next day. Perfect timing.

Re: 2021/22 Friendlies
It's a fair point Mayo - but we're a Conference North side playing a youth team, charging the amount we were charging for league game entry a few years ago (and arguably should still be now).
With this, and the season tickets, there doesn't seem to be recognition that a proportion of our fans will have suffered financially over the last 18 months and putting prices up will only squeeze them further. Neither are the actions of a community club.

Wow. U23s or not it’s great and should pull a healthy crowd.

I'd be there but I'm on holiday.
It's a chance to make some money. Will be interesting to see the crowd.
It will be more interesting to see how league attendances hold up next season. It's very expensive and yes, for many, too expensive.

First one at the Swifts tomorrow evening. Who will be going?
Just hope we can recognise some of the trialists on show.

I'll probably go along Phil. I can't see anything about it on the Swifts website. I presume we just show up around 7:30 and pay a few quid on the gate.
Can you park at the ground?
