Would Jack Male be possibly related to a member of staff?

If there’s one thing that I find disconcerting here is that, and I’m gonna be generous here, we have blokes twice the age of Jack Male insinuating nepotism.

My brother is the same age as Male and Bastable. My brother played football with Bastable for years as a kid before Luke got picked up. He then started to play against Jack for school teams and knew of him through his friendship with Luke. Jack Male has been progressing through the age brackets of the academy for the best part of 5/6 years now.

So can we put this all to bed now?

Couldn't give a shit who Male is related to and it does not matter IMO, providing the kid comes in acts well and works hard then thats all that can be asked. Never know, he may actually be a decent player.
Some people don't half pick at the scab on here, do it all the time yet when it comes to a forum they just sit there.

Apologies for asking the question - which seems to have raised a few hackles - I was just interested that's all.

He looked a pretty standard academy player at Swifts - no better, no worse on the evidence of one half of football.

Phil - did you get any answer from the club on why Jack Tolley had dropped off the teamsheet for the past few games?

I'd seen that. And if he'd been studying at the same time in the academy he'd have only broken up from his studies last week.
