Based on the highlights we missed 2 clear cut chances in the 1st half we probably should of got a point. one from about 4 yards which there keeper saved which should have been buried and then Richards had a 1 on 1 with there keeper and failed to take it round him.
From the Harriers highlights: Shots and headers on target:

Spennymoor 7
Harriers 2

Spennymoor had at least as many if not more 'clear cut chances' that they did not score from as Harriers did.

There was the one on one with Hall when Horsfall slipped and Hall saved and then there was also the Vaughan hand ball.

You are looking at it very much with rose tinted specatacles Banbury
Stats for the match....
Spennymoor.
10 shots, 8 on target.
Harriers.
11 shots, 4 on target.
Thanks for that

More defensive mistakes.

So NM stated that when we lost to Stockport they had a difficult pitch. CG also stated that the Spennymoor pitch was no good for football.

Whoever represents our football club as manager please do not criticise the pitch. The match starts 0-0 and if match is on the pitch is the same for BOTH TEAMS! Use proper management techniques to get the best performances from players. Surely these full time well paid players can play on a surface that has a bit of water or mud. If part time players can cope after doing a days shift so can they?

These managers are giving the impression that we are powder puffs. Come on this is Kidderminster FFS!

January in the far north east of England. We should not be expecting a featherbed. This is NLN. We need to get real. As someone else said - we have been losing at home also on supposedly pristigne pitches anyway.

Managers and Players need to be able to adapt to playing conditions. Using the playing surface as an exercise for a loss and another bad performance is unacceptable especially to those who have dug deep into their pockets and travelled many miles to support. Surely supporters deserve to see a team that are prepared to compete and make strong tackles on heavy pitches. Backwards / sidewards passing on these types of pitches will result in more mistakes. The bottom line is too many players are ignoring the basic do nots or hiding and not enough are rolling their sleeves up for a real battle with teams who want the 3pts more. The manager MUST prepare players better and not let them have an excuse for a bad game.
