If i'm not mistaken i think it might be Sammy Austin 200th appearance in a Harriers shirt tonight.

I have him down as another three to go
Hi Phil, you may be right but i have him as below

2016/17 9 + 30 sub
2017/18 30 + 13
2018/19 31 + 6
2019/20 36 + 0
2020/21 17 + 0
2021/22 27 + 0

Hence 150 + 49 subs to date

Then again i could have counted wrong with substitutions
Actually there might be a problem here due to last season being null & void no stats would count anyway. But this is what I have:

2016/17 9 + 29 sub
2017/18 30 + 13
2018/19 32 + 6
2019/20 34 + 1
2020/21 17 + 0 VOID
2021/22 27 + 0

Makes 132 + 48 = 180. Add in the voided games and you get 180 + 17 = 197

Where did you get your stats from?

I have to say Phil i have included the 2020/21 season & have used Harriers online as a guide so i will go through and check my figures as it looks like we disagree 2016/17, 2018/19 &2019/20 Maybe we should pm each other to save taking over this post.

The Harriers Website has it as 150 (49)

https://harriers.co.uk/teams/First-Team/Sam-Austin/

So 200 up tonight according to them

Controversially, just because the season was declared void, I'd still count those games. They were at the time in a competitive game and played as such.
The best team we ever had- since i've been watching the Harriers (2002-)
-------------------Brock-----------
-------Hinton---Smith-----Stamps
-----Melligan--Bennett-Williams---Flynn-Parrish
-----------Henriksen-Broughton------

I suppose they were originally competitive games before league were ended

But the league voided the season and said the scores would not stand or any cautions. So it follows neither do the scorers

It has just been announced that kick off of tonight's game has been delayed until 8pm.

This is due to a power cut which is impacting part of Edgar Street.

I see Hereford are using every tactic to put us off now.

Hmmm. Not listening, but felt that goal coming. I've not got a good feeling about tonight somehow.

Sounds like Russ needs to shake them up a bit at half time. Hereford sound the more dangerous and deservedly in front, without being overly lopsided.

Ash Hemmings doesn't seem to have had much of an influence. Also a little disappointed Dinanga didn't come on for Ethan.

Had actually forgotten what it feels like to lose. Doesn't feel good.

I guess the unbeaten league run had to end some time.

Absolutely abject. Shocking performance, no ideas, nothing. Hit and hope, without the hope
