Just to let everyone know KHIST will be holding their annual foodbank collection before Saturdays home fixture with Chorley.

Our volunteers will be based on the concourse area behind the North Stand just in front of the East Stand turnstiles from 2.00pm until 2.50pm on Saturday.

This event has been very well supported by the Harriers faithful over the last few years and it would be great to catch as many of you as possible on Saturday.

Just to check: was the KHIST foodbank collection the same as the Harriers Foundation one outside the main stand?

Donated to the former, thinking it was the latter. All goes to a good cause, but useful to know...

Tremendous effort again from KHIST and the fans, looked like they’d had a really good response again.

Harry, the KHIST lads were set up by east stand turnstiles.

I made the same error as Harry, inadvertently donating to the Foodbank via the Foundation rather than KHIST.

I realised just before I handed over the donation, by which point it would have seemed churlish to turn round and take it away again, given that it all goes to the same good cause.

Many thanks to everyone at KHIST for their efforts as always.

Kind of a shame that there were two organisations almost having clashing fundraising initiatives (not attaching any blame - I'm not getting involved in those politics!!).

My fault entirely Tom, I was the one who signposted you towards it - thinking they were all linked together.

Agree totally with this Swansea. Kind of a shame is understating it, absolutely infuriating. I'm more likely to lay the blame at the club's door here. Poverty and hunger are massive issues. Why can't the club put its animus towards KHIST to one side and work together?

Just as a footnote: the Chorley programme mentions the Foundation's collection but can't bring itself to mention even the initials of our very own Kidderminster Harriers Independent Supporters Trust. You would never guess that it is totally down to this organisation that we still have a Kidderminster Harriers Football Club for others to come and enjoy. Some of us have memories and are very grateful.
