I complained to the national league about seating for away fans .
Here is the reply .
Hi Paul,

Thank you for the email and I am sorry to hear about your recent experiences.

We are aware that there are inconsistent and sometimes inadequate spectator provisions for away fans across the Leagues. Currently there is no formal requirement for Clubs to provide seating for away fans beyond a reasonable allocation of the total number of disabled tickets. However, we are introducing a rule change for next season to improve standards for away spectator accommodation. This includes a requirement for all Step 1 Clubs to provide a minimum of 90 covered seats, and for Step 2 Clubs to provide "a reasonable allocation of covered seated tickets" for away fans.

We hope that these rule changes demonstrate our commitment to improving the spectator experience, particularly for away fans, and will hopefully offer you greater comfort in your own travels supporting Kidderminster.

Thank you for your ongoing support of Kidderminster and commitment to supporting them home and away!

Many thanks,

Alastair Kay
