I might be the only one who doesn't think the challenge on Foulkes was as bad as it sounded. No wonder we missed it from the far side, innocuous enough. No doubt an attempt to rough him up, but can't see any ref giving more than a yellow.
Watch it again in slow motion and you might change your mind.
The ref seemed oblivious to it, and only pulled out a yellow when he realised that Joe was seriously injured.
Absolute scumbag - he knew exactly what he was doing.
From what I've heard there were verbal threats which I won't/ can't repeat on here directed at Joe and a couple of other players.
I hope the club act on this as that is no way acceptable on a football pitch or anywhere for that matter

Deliberate, nasty challenge. Red all day. Not that it matters but what a soft penalty. Dibble’s double save magnificent. Very soft goal to concede.
Penalty was an absolute joke. Their player literally threw himself to the ground.
Couldn't believe the penalty from 100 yards away, and having watched it back, still can't. Shocking.
On the Foulkes incident, it was a shocking challenge with no attempt to win the ball - but Parker has been very clever. Really unlikely to see that being given as a red.
On their goal - was bemused when we played high balls into the box trying to beat Jones in the air (Devine did manage to loft one over him for the build up to the goal), but we need to be more adaptable in these situations. Beyond that - why did we not have a defender on the bench! Surely an academy guy who was 6'3 would have been good just to stand in!
