No it's Saturday - and Chiltern have thrown in the towel and cannot run trains from Birmingham to London, despite being a train company that runs, erm, trains from Birmingham to London. So I guess that will place extra pressure on coach companiesjakedanielturner wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 1:28 pmThought Villa was on the Sunday. Must be next to impossible with that, then.Bewdleyharrier wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 10:51 am You'd hope Southport give it a go given it's the last league game. Players playing for their future etc. Home fans deserve the team not parking the bus all game. That's me being optimistic though!
Villa at Wembley probably means most local coach companies are all booked up. Not ideal timing!
Anyway - I'll join the others who cannot make it on Saturday as I will actually be at Wembley, and not in the Villa end.
It's going to be very difficult preparing for Wembley in the traditional manner (jumping in the fountain at Trafalgar Sqaure and putting a flare up my posterior) with one ear to my phone listening to BB Hereford and Worcester, but there we are.
