After Saturday there was an assumption that if we reach the PO final it would be away at Scunthorpe.

I am not so sure.

I already quite fancied Chorley to turn them over on Saturday (big crowd, pressure on Scunny, bit of a free hit for Chorley, who know all the dark arts) and am therefore pleased that Chorley beat KL tonight.

I also think there is a redemption story for us if we can get through our semi and face Chorley at Aggborough in the final. They beat us twice in the league this season and have been our nemesis previously (see Brackley two seasons ago).

Maybe I have been day dreaming too much, but after Saturday’s nightmare it’s nice to dream again.

If I was a Scunny fan I’d far sooner have been facing Kings Lynn in the semi. I can also see Chorley springing a surprise.

That Boreham Wood Dorking game was as dramatic as it gets last 15 minutes!

Wow! Boreham Wood player Ilesanmi scores two own goals before getting the winner on the 6th minute of added time. Nuts.

Can’t imagine any game involving Chorley being remotely thrilling.

I can see Chorley being a nightmare for Scunny. TBH facing either of those two in the final will be very tough but still, there are no easy games.
if you couple goals with clean sheets you've a recipe for success

Best case scenario so far. Been quite a physical and end to end so will be some tired legs Sunday. Chesters top scorer also off with an injury
