What kind of money is this part time club paying for these new signings?

I probably didn’t rate Zak as highly as some others but he deserves another go at the NL. I don’t remember him making a massive impression in the season before last but he’s older now so might push on. Some suggested he’d be picked up by a league club or one of the bigger clubs. But he ends up at Brackley which I think is about right. Good luck to him.

I'm not sniffy about it, good luck to him and good luck to Brackley. I'm just gutted he didn't get something better.
For me the most underappreciated and underrated player for us last season. He saw passes that his team mates didnt and made runs his team mate couldn't pick out. Was brave on the ball, always wanted it, always looked to get us up the pitch, always positive and broke up play more than anyone. Yeh lost the ball often but for all the aforementioned reasons. For me he was a level above.
If we did withdraw the contract offer then we'd not get a fee or any prospect of a sell-on. A decision i think we'd rue in years to come but hey ho. Thats football.

I think there is an important point thats overlooked. The impression I have got from AM interviews He knows who and what type of player he wants, he knows how much a player is worth and how much he is prepared to pay and if you are going to play silly buggers kiderminster harriers won't. With all the EFL clubs, All the NL clubs and all the NLN clubs that could afford them, Morrison and Brown only Brackley were prepared to pay. If they were as good as some made out they would have had clubs quening up to take them and certainly bigger clubs than Brackley. Not bitter but just a fact.
The thing that I find a little surprising is the part time aspect. ZB has been full time with us for several years. Assuming Brackley are fully part time, that transition seems less than ideal for him?
I think ZB's greatest strength was his eye for finding great passes that opened up other teams. We'll miss that for sure, but Jack Clarke seems a fairly straight like-for-like alternative and I think AM has landed us a really exciting replacement.

Re the part time comments I wonder if Brackley are going hybrid?
Regardless of that just cos X is full time doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a trade or qualification or contacts to get a job outside of football
Zac as PT when he came here. Prospect of earning 500 a game and 500 a week in your day job, would we be paying or even prepared to offer 1000 a week?
Brown grew on me since Xmas as become more consistent after two years or constantly causing annoyance amongst many of fans on his constant selection but it’s not as if we are loosing Dibble or Hemmo who are more key and influential. Agree on the comments that Clarke is a like for like replacement
Murray will have his own thoughts and ideas. He’s more clued up on the level brown was and will have an idea of playing. I do wonder what sort of deal ams is on given most see him as a last 30 mins man predominantly now.

Ceesay has left Hereford.
That’s Cowley him and Robinson all gone all starters. Not building on their base like Buxton or kings Lynn.

Tough job there again for Caddis. Did well last year, raised expectations but had a rebuilt on his hands.

To be fair to Caddis NLN and NLS is a difficult level to maintain a coherent squad over several seasons; the general rule of thumb is a complete squad turnover in players every three years.
KHFC for various reasons have been fortunate to maintain a decent core of squad members for over 4 years now.
