No worries, Jasper - perhaps you were distracted. I don't blame you.
A forum to discuss all things Kidderminster Harriers
https://www.harriers-online.co.uk/forum/
So you use the word 'hysterical' which I would describe some contributors description of RJ. Over virtually three years he played 63 games for the Harriers. Not bad for someone so "dreadful". He showed signs that he could play at a higher level. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. I rest my case!tonythescout wrote: Mon May 12, 2025 10:31 amExactly this.Sheffield Harrier wrote: Mon May 12, 2025 7:00 am He didn’t play very well for us.
He developed and has done well.
I don’t think we are particularly unique as supporters in lacking patience at times.
Johnson was terrible for us. Dont remember him having a good consistent run of form. Error strewn.
Hes clearly gone on to do well so fair play to him.
Fans all over the country are very fickle and players get stick from their own. As Sheff said we arent unique. Some of the posts above are hysterical to say the least to make out that we are.

Alex Palmer (Ipswich Town)
Jamie Grimes (Chesterfield)
Fraser Horsfall (Stockport)
Ryan Johnson (Wimbledon)
Sam Austin (Notts County)
Ryan Croasdale (Port Vale)
Elliot Bonds (Fleetwood)
Micky Demetriou (Crewe)
Marvin Johnson (Sheffield Wednesday)
Joe Ironside (Doncaster Rovers)
Freddie Ladapo (Huddersfield)
Who have I missed out?
You may have misheard him as he may have meant Hot Rod (Rod Brown)COYRedder wrote: Fri May 16, 2025 2:19 pm I’m on holiday on a cruise ship. The Cruise Director got talking to us, as they do, and asked us where we lived. When he heard it was Kidderminster he said ‘ My dad used to be vice-chairman at Harriers. His name is Don Brown.’ It seems his tenure may have been short - I don’t remember him at all. He is now Chairman (?) at Bromsgrove Rovers. I’m interested to know whether his influence here was benign. Any body remember him?
You’re correct Rod Brown.tonythescout wrote: Fri May 16, 2025 2:21 pmYou may have misheard him as he may have meant Hot Rod (Rod Brown)COYRedder wrote: Fri May 16, 2025 2:19 pm I’m on holiday on a cruise ship. Debatable as to whether he ever did, my nose ran more than he did in his time with us.Paulwj wrote: Wed May 21, 2025 4:07 pm The Kidderminster Shuttle has a piece on this without mentioning he played for Kidderminster!
