Perhaps going to shift McNally or even Devine to the right to cover Foulkes and therefore wants cover in the middle / left. Who knows.

Not the young lads fault, but hardly inspiring. If he’s as good as Kandola (who is only 21 I think) then fair enough. But it’s a big ask for a 19 yr old to come into the NLN (can’t see that he’s had an equivalent loan before).

How many loanees is that now?

I hope he doesn’t shift McNally there. He is a key component at CB
I’d imagine plan a is Thompson there and b is richards and Devine at wing back so that will leave a potential vacancy at centre half
Don’t get why we didn’t just get a youth loan for Foulkes tbf
if you couple goals with clean sheets you've a recipe for success

I thought he is an extra defensive player bought in as cover while Foulkes is injured to be honest.
Surely Thompson has to start as right sided wing back today following his performance against Sutton.

Looking forward to how Thompson plays after such a good performance last week, can't see him not starting.

Also, would Derby loan a player to us just to sit on the bench? Perhaps it's considered we need 3 "proper" centre backs against Chorley. Give AMS a rest, play Richards lb, move Devine into front 3 with Hemmo at centre forward.

Well, it’s nearly 3pm. Lambert has been moved off the wage bill. I’m sure our extensive scouting network have some new players lined up come in before tomorrow.

Sam Osborne has been released by Boston this week and is reported to be signing for an NLN side. Lamberts replacement? Experienced, good record at this level and highly regarded by Boston supporters too…

He was on loan at Curzon. Actually a Barrow player
