Brown hinted he wouldn't extend if he wasn't able to play a major part cos of his injury so that is even bigger news. Let's hope he's in the squad for tomorrow

Would also take a winger/striker ahead of the window shutting to do Lutz' job off the bench. So paper thin up front when changes need to be made it's unbelievable.

Totally agree Harry. Rather tope over lutz for now but I don’t think he is the answer either.
if you couple goals with clean sheets you've a recipe for success

Window shuts tomorrow - do we think we will see any new faces? IMO still need a striker to help AMS.

I'm not quite sure about their comments on our style of play though. For a team that generally plays it out from the back it's a puzzling comment. A wee bit like Alfreton but not like Alfreton?
Good signing if we get him. An addition in our present situation is welcome and encouraging.

Good to see us adding more decent depth to the final third of the pitch given Thompson going and tope being inconsistent. Plus a lot of games and hard work have been put in recently. Easter weekend will be a tough ask for a couple to do both over the course of 90minutes so very prudent
It Chester fans are unhappy then it’s certainly a good sign for us.

Wonder where that leaves Lutz? I would guess he's gone back.

Good signing on paper bench looking a lot stronger now, especially with Foulkes nearly back
