Ex-West Ham manager Billy Bonds, who I think managed them in their game against Harriers in 1994, has died aged 79.

You're right Harry, he was their manager that day. Rest in peace.

Me and a couple of others had an interesting chat with Stuart Watkiss before the game yesterday. Lovely bloke and was happy to talk. But it sounds like he might not be around with us for too long.
He lives up in Grimsby, but is staying at his son's flat in Cannock when down at the Harriers. However the flat is up for sale, and once it goes he said "that'll be me finished".
The distance was why he packed it in at Eastbourne, and to be fair to him, totally understand why he wouldn't be up for driving down from the Humber every day to COSE and Aggborough.
So if anyone is thinking of buying a place in Cannock, hold off until the end of the season!
I wonder otherwise who will next be up for being Murray's deputy. The upturn in form has largely come since Watkiss came in (and Cooper, and Hemmo - it's not isolated to just him!). But I think it has shown that Murray does need an assistant, and someone with plenty of experience.

that rummar was as laughable as the one going around about mcgrath being watched by 'championship clubs' in the mid 00's
