Due to my work I struggle to get to games so fair play to the regulars. I went to the home game against Radcliffe and away to Macclesfield as were working there that day and obviously 5-1 hiding so I’m a jinx but turned yesterday as home and doesn’t seem like a lot as changed. What’s with the long hoof ball from cb. Devine had a shocker and walker cant read a pass, and the linesman couldnt tell if the ball was in or out regularly. Apart from that keep the faith Regulars

Well the player was taken off and it wasn't Hemmo or Devine...harry211 wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 7:24 pmTell us more Marcus...marcus garvey wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 7:05 pmSW was there yesterday in his usual spot. I was behind the home dugout for a change yesterday rather than the usual East Stand and Murray was moaning about the players (to those behind him) more than I usually do! One player in particular seem to frustrate him more than most.HarrierN2 wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 6:01 pm AM seems fixed in one of his "I'll prove this is the right way to do things" periods. Last time that happened, things had to get pretty desperate before he finally changed it.
It'd be interesting to know whether Stuart Watkiss has left the building. Things feel spookily similar to before he came in as assistant.
Agree on Murray's mentality. Bits of his postmatch interview was just bizarre...
Reynolds was thoroughly anonymous. When I think back to the 3-0 stuffing of Hereford on Boxing Day 2024, he and Zak Brown were magnificent together. Doesn’t look half the player now.marcus garvey wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 7:58 pmWell the player was taken off and it wasn't Hemmo or Devine...harry211 wrote:Tell us more Marcus...marcus garvey wrote:SW was there yesterday in his usual spot. Because Brown, to his credit, knew how to set teams up. Murray doesn't use the centre of the pitch to do anything apart from hammer the ball 20 yards into the wing thesedays. A massive, massive loss.Reynolds was thoroughly anonymous. When I think back to the 3-0 stuffing of Hereford on Boxing Day 2024, he and Zak Brown were magnificent together. I feel sorry for Reynolds as he is being asked to play out of position but, to keep things in perspective, he only started 2 of our final 18 league fixtures last season when we were on our winning streak so difficult to say that he was the key to our success then.

I fear Mr Shouty-mouth is a mini Greg Tamplin. Some players like being in that kind of environment, most dont.harry211 wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 7:24 pmTell us more Marcus...marcus garvey wrote: Sun Feb 22, 2026 7:05 pmSW was there yesterday in his usual spot. We need to click into another run and make the PO lottery and thats Job done for me - regards survivng the self imposed disaster that was Browns dismissal.
