Well, we look to have found one possible way to beat "park the bus" teams.

From the interview it sounds like we have the answer to why Walker plays every game; he does exactly what AM tells him to, whereas Seb Thompson doesn't.

Many questions remain.... But a big win's a big win and , with results last night, it's made our league position look a damn sight more healthy.

On to the trophy...

With Davis suspended, Onanaye gone and a whole raft of players cup tied, what does our starting 11 look like?

I'd start Thompson.

Davis will most likely play against Wealdstone.

New directive from the FA is that cards awarded in a league game don't count in cup games. More than likely Prem clubs asked for that without consideration for levels below them.

I could be wrong (usually are) but isn't he cup tied after playing for Leamington (madness if he did)?

I think so! I didn't mean for the trophy game, more just in general.

Ah, sorry! Agreed but doesn't look likely for some reason....

Sorry, but I think that only applies to accumulated yellow cards. Red cards , issued in league games DO still apply, unfortunately. Unless anyone has a useful links to show where it's changed (he asked hopefully).

Watched this one - very grateful for DAZN coverage and lots of games on Tuesdays.

Despite all the poor reviews from Saturday, the highlights suggested there had more than enough chances at the college end. Same story as with many games, lots of crosses and activity in and around the box, but no one putting it away. That's why losing Gyasi was such a disappointment, because he loved to pull the trigger.

Anyway, point being we took the chances last night. Could easily have been 3/4 great chances and a 0-0 result given previous performances. Hopefully this win is a big confidence boost and we can start riding that wave to the end of the season.

Obviously a few fans manage to complain at a 4-0 win - we are kiddy lol

Thanks, Phil (and apologies). Can you point to that new FA missive, as I'd like an extra shot of hope this morning?
