A (not very) quick head count for the season…
41 different players used in matchday squads so far - Johnson will be number 42.
He’s also our 11th loan player..

Half the current side is made up of loan players - all of whom will be leaving the club at the end of the season and we will have to start the next campaign with more new faces who will need time to bed in and adjust. There has been a lot of chopping and changing this season and I don't like the heavy reliance on loans as a strategy in general. Having said that I have been pretty much impressed with the loans that AM has brought into the club during the season it's just a pity that they won't be around in the long term.

To my reckoning we only have 4 loan players registered now in Cooper, Johnson, Reynolds & Waldron although we have used 36 different players this year (Johnson could be the 36th) whilst the others are mainly youth out on loan and that equates to 42 players, more than i have seen in my 67 years of watching the Harriers.

Should have known better than thinking I'd catch you out Pirate! I thought Viveash only came in the season before with Yates et al then left. My mistake!

If I recall the rules correctly (only 4 loans out for a single player in a season?) I dont think goalkeeper Joe Wright is an option as he's been loaned to Dorking, us, Bedford and Chelmsford already.
