Hull City (home ko 3:00pm)
After the ease with which we swept Rochdale aside on Boxing Day we can't be blamed for looking forward to this game with some anticipation.
I'm not saying that Hull will be equally as poor but with the spell we are going through at the moment we look un-stoppable.
Hull are not getting the results expected of a side who were tipped for the Championship title at the start of the season, since the start of last month they have only won three of their last eight games - Cheltenham(h), Luton(a) and Oxford Utd(h).
They have also drawn two games at home to Bristol Rovers and Southend.
The defeats came at Hartlepool, Lincoln and Scunthorpe.
They were to have played at York on Boxing Day but this game was called off when the game was frozen out.
Missing the game through suspension will be Justin Whittle and Mike Edwards who are both serving one match bans, they were supposed to have missed the York game but will now miss the game at Aggborough instead.
Out through injury will be the keeper Matt Glennon who has a thigh strain, Paul Musselwhite will replace him.
There are doubts about striker Lawrie Dudfield and Rodney Rowe but they should both be fit for the game.
One familiar face that may line up against us is the ex Baggie midfielder, Richard Sneekes.
He used to sport a pony tail just like Bo Henriksen's so if he does play lets hope we can tell them apart.
Hull City (from):
Musselwhite, Mohan, Goodison, Whitmore, Johnsson, Greaves, Beresford, Alexander, Rowe, Dudfield, Lee, Matthews, Petty, Holt, Price, Philpott, Mann, Kerr, Bloomer, Matthews, Morley, Bradshaw, Williams, Sneekes, Folan.
We have just two doubtful for the game, one is the aforementioned Bo, he played with a groin strain against Rochdale but it didn't stop him grabbing a couple of goals though.
Ian Clarkson's the other one with a question mark hanging over him, he has a slight foot injury.
They should both be fit for Saturday.
Bren Murphy has been absent from the bench for the past few weeks with a shoulder injury, if he is declared unfit then John Danby will continue to keep his seat warm for him.
Harriers (from):
Brock, Danby, Joy, Stamps, Clarkson, Sall, Shail, Hinton, Blake, Williams, Davies, Bennett, Shilton, Appleby, Doyle, Larkin, Ducros, Broughton, Henriksen, Foster, Bird.
Jan is looking forward to this one. So are we Jan.
He has called Hull 'inconsistent' away from home and he also had this to say about the game and our prospects:
"Hull's surge towards the top has been built on a very impressive home record. They have been very inconsistent on their travels.
We are as good as anyone at home and at the moment we are scoring goals for fun, so bring them on.
We had a bad start to the season which left ourselves a lot to do and the inactivity we have had recently has put us back a little bit.
But we have games in hand and hopefully we can continue to pick up points against the better teams in the league.
We'd like to finish the Christmas period off with a win against Hull, but we realise it's going to be tough."
