Fozzie and Daire leave club

Ian Foster Ian Foster and Daire Doyle are on their way out of Aggborough as the Harriers rebuild for the future.

Crowd favourite Foster has been made available for a loan or permanent transfer and could be about to join Andy Ducros at Burton Albion while midfielder Doyle has had his contract paid up.  Both players were out of contract in the summer and would probably have left the club anyway.

Daire has spent the last month on loan to Nuneaton Borough and they may be interested in signing him permanently.

Daire Doyle Fozzie was signed by Jan Molby in August 1999 and has made 120 appearances for the club scoring 37 goals.  Most of his appearances and goals came during our time in the Conference but since we joined the league he has either been injured or out of favour.

Daire Doyle, who joined the club in January 2001, has made just 27 appearances scoring once.

Harriers manager, Ian Britton said:
"They are not going to be in my plans, so rather than have them hanging on, I hope they will have the opportunity in the final months of this season to get themselves a deal for next season."
