Aggborough news
Date: 03-07-2006 Kick off with St Albans
After the longest wait known to man the Conference fixtures were finally released at lunchtime today.    Apparently the delay was down to the Conference Board not having had their medication and matron would not allow them out.

Drewe BroughtonWayne Hatswell Anyway we now have the list and we snick our season into gear with the visit of newly promoted St Albans CITY to the hallowed turf of Aggborough on August 12th.    They'll find a bit of a difference between Aggie and their home ground of Clarence Park. (See the thread on the m/b about that)

Our travels start at Burton three days later on the 15th for a evening game, so that's not too far to go then, and we end that week with a trip to Northwich on Saturday 19th.

The one we've all been waiting for is the welcome return to Aggie of the posers from the A14 when Rushden come to town without Drewe Broughton but with Wayne Hatswell on September 2nd.    Boxing Day we travel the short distance up the A449 to Stafford, away again to Southport on the 30th and on New Years Day we welcome Cambridge Utd to complete our festive nine points.

The season ends on April 28th with a long trek to Crawley Town (if they're still in existence) and hopefully the crowning of the League Champions.
